Terms & Conditions (Masterclass Purchase)

By purchasing and/or registering for Astrology Masterclass (the “Masterclass”), you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions with CHI Healing Institute (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

1) Program Description

The Masterclass is a digital educational experience taught by Sonja Marie and hosted by Dr. La Toya Davis / CHI Healing Institute. The Masterclass may include live instruction, downloadable materials, and/or a replay. Your purchase may include a personal natal chart (“Natal Chart”) prepared from the birth data you provide.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase unless a parent/guardian completes the purchase on your behalf.

3) Payment & Access

• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• You authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

• Access details (links, login, or instructions) will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking spam/junk folders.

4) Natal Chart Delivery Requirements

To receive your Natal Chart, you must provide accurate birth information, which may include:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Place of birth (city, state/province, country)

• Exact birth time (if known)

Important: If birth time is unknown, chart accuracy may be limited and certain components (including houses and rising sign) may be unavailable or estimated. The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

Delivery timing: Natal Charts are typically delivered before the start of the masterclass if you submit required information by the stated deadline. If you submit information late, delivery may be delayed.

5) No Refund Policy (Digital Product)

Because this is a digital educational purchase and/or includes digital deliverables (including the Natal Chart and/or replay access), all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been delivered or the Natal Chart has been prepared, except where required by law.

If a refund exception applies, it will be at the Company’s sole discretion and may require written proof of purchase and/or deletion of all accessed materials.

6) Rescheduling, Event Changes, and Replay Access

• The Company may reschedule the Masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances. If rescheduled, your registration will transfer to the new date/time.

• If the Masterclass is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive either (a) access to an equivalent replacement program or (b) a refund, at the Company’s discretion.

• If replay access is offered, the replay will be available for 3 months unless otherwise stated. 

7) Intellectual Property & License

All Masterclass materials, including slides, worksheets, recordings, and written content, are owned by the Company and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or share access

• Record the Masterclass (audio/video/screen recording) without written permission

• Use materials to teach others or create derivative products for commercial purposes

8) Confidentiality & Community Conduct (If Live/Interactive)

If there is a live Q&A or group environment, you agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ personal shares

• Engage respectfully (no harassment, hate speech, or disruptive conduct)

The Company may remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

9) Disclaimer: Educational Purposes Only

The Masterclass and any Natal Chart interpretation are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Astrology is interpretive and not a guarantee of outcomes

• You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results

• The Company does not provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice through this Masterclass

10) Health, Medical, and Mental Health Disclaimer

Nothing in the Masterclass is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have medical or mental health concerns, consult a qualified licensed professional. Do not discontinue professional care based on information from this Masterclass.

11) Results Disclaimer

Any examples or outcomes discussed are illustrative. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results, timing, income, relationships, healing outcomes, or life changes.

12) Technology & Access Issues

You are responsible for having the required technology and internet connection. The Company is not responsible for access issues caused by your devices, internet provider, email settings, or platform outages beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a significant platform failure on our side, we may provide alternative access or a replay.

13) Privacy

Your purchase and personal data are subject to our Privacy Policy. Birth data submitted for the Natal Chart will be used solely to provide the chart and related services, unless you also opt into marketing communications.

14) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us at [email protected] before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of access and may be disputed with evidence of delivery/access.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation or inability to participate in the Masterclass. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Masterclass.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of materials, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

17) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute shall be Leon County, FL unless otherwise required by law.

18) Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your transaction.
