MY JOURNEY TO CREATING THIS PROGRAM
As a woman in leadership, I deeply understand the gap between external success and internal fulfillment. I've felt the pressure to conform to less-than-ideal conditions while striving for success—often being under-appreciated, overlooked, underpaid, and underestimated.
The Breaking Point
