THE INTEGRATION CADENCE
Here’s how the October experience works.
We begin October 15 and move through the experience together through October 23.
Each day, you’ll receive an email guiding you through that day’s focus.
Inside you’ll find:
a short teaching
guided reflection questions
a prompt or practice for the day
an affirmation or point of integration
You’ll also have online access to the daily material inside your CHI portal, so everything for the experience is available in one central place.
We’ll meet live three times during the nine days from 12:30 - 1:00 pm ET:

October 18 — Day 4
October 21 — Day 7
Most daily material can be completed in approximately 10–20 minutes. The live sessions are additional 30 minute support points within the experience.
If something invites deeper reflection, you can take more time.
There is no expectation that you resolve years or generations of patterning in nine days.
The purpose is to notice more clearly, understand more deeply, and begin choosing more consciously.
The journal and the written materials delivered to your inbox are yours to keep.
Your daily emails and journal are yours to keep. The portal stays open for 30 days so you can revisit anything you want to go deeper on.
This isn’t about making your family wrong.

Who Am I?
I'm Dr. La Toya Davis, a spiritual teacher, initiated priestess, author, and founder of CHI Healing Institute.
I've spent nearly 25 years in ancestral and spiritual practice, and I wrote the Amazon best-sellers Path to the Ancestors series and Accessing the Akashic Records.
I've also done this work on myself. I realized there was a specific dynamic in romantic relationships that I watched the women in family participate in and despite the awareness, I was falling into the same patterns.
Through ancestral narrative rewriting I help people recognize the deeper patterns shaping their lives, understand what may be operating beneath the surface, and develop practical ways of working with what they uncover.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience with ancestral work?
No. The experience is designed for you whether ancestral work is completely new or something you have already explored.
Do I need to know who my ancestors are?
No. You do not need a complete genealogy or detailed family history. The focus is on what you can recognize in the beliefs, roles, expectations, and ways of being that reached you through your family and lineage.
Is this about communicating with my ancestors?
No. This experience focuses primarily on recognizing what you may have inherited through your family and lineage and how it may be showing up in your life today. Learning how to intentionally hear or communicate with your ancestors is a different area of ancestral practice.
When does Ancestral Narrative Rewrite take place?
This live-supported round runs October 15–23. You’ll receive daily guidance throughout the nine days, with live sessions on October 15, 18, and 21.
Is the entire nine-day experience live?
No. You’ll move through daily teachings and reflections by email and inside your CHI portal. We’ll meet live three times during the experience, on Days 1, 4, and 7.
When are the live sessions?
The three live sessions are scheduled for October 15, October 18, and October 21 from 12:30 - 1:00 pm ET. Session times and access details will be provided after enrollment.
How much time should I set aside each day?
Approximately 10–20 minutes is enough for the daily teaching and reflection. The live sessions are separate support points within the nine-day experience.
Where will I find the daily material?
